Be it a single family home, or 16 unit apartment building, our crew can knock out 500 to 1,000 square feet of remodeling  every month.  Over the past 8 years, we've remodeled 70 apartment units and 4 houses.  That work totals over 60,000 sq. ft. or 600 sq ft per month and we're not just talking paint & carpet.  We're talking the whole enchalada.  Our policy is to do it right the first time and never have to go back and do it again.  We frequently tear out floors, walls & ceilings.  Sometimes we even lift up entire sections of buildings so we can repair or replace whole parts of foundations and while we're at it, if the floor plan sucks, we'll change that too.  Using our design staff, we'll move walls and doors around like we're playing with Legos.  Completely new plumbing and electrical is almost a standard on older buildings, and we never leave a structure without it having 100% copper plumbing and PVC drains.  All the while, paying attention to those features residents care about; such as insulation, energy efficient dual-pane windows and ceiling fans. At the same time we'll take care of the new roofs, landscaping, trees, driveways, gazebos, fences and more. Sometimes we even ad  a multi-camera video security system than can be monitored over the internet from anywhere  in the world. 

Amazingly, we deliver all this at warp speed with medium grade materials and quality craftsmanship at a cost per square foot which is significantly below that of most new construction.
